RETURN POLICY

Delivery & Handling Charges

Delivery & Handling charge on shipments within the United States is FREE on orders over $50 with delivery via United States Postal Service.

Delivery Terms:

All orders are subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. We will attempt to ship accepted orders within 48 hours of acceptance.  If goods are not available for immediate dispatch you will be notified via email.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.  Please allow 1 day for processing before your order is shipped.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

For damaged item(s), please include the following:

Place your packing slip or other proof of purchase along with the product(s) to be returned in a mailing package. (Make sure to keep a copy of what you send us for your records)

Please be sure to include the following information in your package:

-Your Name

-Your Address

-Your Order Number

-The products you’re returning

We recommended you use a ‘signed for’ delivery service, such as return receipt. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

After the returned goods have been received and verified, your account will be credited, refund issued, or exchange made as applicable.

Note: We do not reimburse you for any delivery or handling charges including postage.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items not purchased through this site.

Damaged Items

Please check your order when it arrives. In the event of any damage, please contact us within 48 hours by email at contact@duartbeauty.com. Include pictures of the damaged products, the order number and your name, address, email and/or phone number so we can contact you.

*Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed same day

*Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays

Our warehouse will be closed on the following dates:

  • Memorial Day: May 29th
  • Independence Day: July 4th
  • Labor Day: September 4th
  • Thanksgiving Day: November 23rd
  • Christmas Day: December 25th
  • New Years Day: January 1st

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed same day. All other shipments are processed within 24 hours with the exception of orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm PST and holidays. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day.

Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping

Time in transit depends on the shipping method selected, please reference the above chart for additional information. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. All delivery times are estimates. Duart Beauty LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. Please contact the customs agency officials to find out of all applicable taxes and duties (if any). Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by Duart Beauty LLC.
